– Where do you come from ?
Denmark
– How old are you ?
26
– Influences ?
Personal experiences, folklore, fairytales, pnp systems
– Art school or not ?
Sorta… I’ve taken lots of courses over the years, but no official education.
– Favorite digital art software ?
Photoshop CS6

– Your working method ?
I make thumbnails and write in a sketchbook, and then layout the pages on paper. These I scan and work in PS the rest of the way until the page is finished. Recently I started making speechbubbles in Illustrator.

– What your webcomic is about, in a symbolic way, the hidden sense ?
It’s about finding you pwn self. The self you have forgotten, buried to fit in to the world.
– Tell us more about your main character, the hero !
Rose is living with a fake, abusive twin sister. Over the years she has withdrawn into herself, but one evening she meets someone who asks who she is, and she realizes that she is not really a person anymore. She finally stands up to her fake sister and flees their home, and decides to look for her real sister.
– How do you see your future ?
That’s a heavy question I can’t easily answer… It’s brighter than I would think some years ago. I actually think I have a future doing what I love, it might just take a while to get there. Baby steps.
– Your next goal ?
Right now its having a nice first Artist Alley experience here end April at J-popcon in Denmark. Then I’ll see if I can finish chapter two within this year, but the long goal is to finish The Changeling’s Sister and print it.

– Advices for beginners ?
Take a leap of faith. Just jump into it, you’ll figure it out as you go. Make the story you wish was out there, that you want to read.

– Your technical secret trick ?
Get a plastic ruler and use it with your drawing tablet. Making straight lines digitally has never been easier. Outline ou characters with a thicker line, helps bring attention to them and separate them from the environment.
